Our proposed project team consists of a project manager and three
project engineers, each highly qualified to carry out study reviews. Each
of these four individuals may be assigned to carry out reviews at some
time during the contract period depending on their individual workloads.
With this organization in place, the CWCB can be assured of timely
execution of reviews by highly qualified staff throughout the extended
contract period. Further details of the proposed organization of the project
team are provide in Section 7.
