WRC will aid and recommend in the securing <br /> <br /> <br />of an applicable criteria for the floodway determination. <br /> <br />7. Formulate a flood control protection plan for both the urban and <br /> <br /> <br />rural segments of the study reach. The selected plan should be <br /> <br /> <br />economically feasible, practical, and easy to implement. Proposed <br /> <br /> <br />improvements will be divided into different reaches as requested <br /> <br /> <br />in the RFP. <br /> <br />8. Prepare and submit a draft of the final report for review and approval. <br /> <br /> <br />The report will be prepared according to the format and content as <br /> <br /> <br />outlined in the Colorado Water Conservation Board's Standard Engineer- <br /> <br /> <br />ing Specifications dated July 1979. The flood hazard portion of the <br /> <br /> <br />report will be prepared according to the format of the Model Floodplain <br /> <br /> <br />Information dated September 1975 prepared by the Colorado Water Con- <br /> <br /> <br />servation Board. <br /> <br />9.
