Plan B - Bates Lake Planning Basin <br />Major and local detention facilities, channelization, no <br />additional major conduits. <br />Plan B proposes to enforce the current drainage codes of the City <br />of Arvada where storm runoff from a development is not to exceed <br />historic runoff values. Seventy percent effectiveness of "local" <br />detention in reducing developed flows to historic flows has been <br />assumed. <br />
