He will be responsiblc for <br />supervising all technical work, and managing the project budget and <br />schcdule. He will be the key point of contact between the consultant <br />team and the Colorado Water Conservation Board. <br /> <br />Mr. Paulson has 19 years of cxperience in flood control and stormwater <br />management. He is currently Technical Reviewer for documcntation of <br />thc causes and impacts of the April-May 1999 flood in Colorado Springs. He has managed nine <br />city-wide and county-wide flood control and storm drainagc mastcr plan projects for <br />communities throughout the western United States, He has had management and technical <br />responsibility for scven flood insurance studies and numerous othcr floodplain and river corridor <br />management projects. Hc has conducted projccts for and coordinated projects with the CWCB, <br />PEMA, the US. Geological Survcy, the US.
