With our current workload we are able to <br />commit staff resources to meet that schedule. The work we are currentlv performing for <br />documenting flooding conditions in and around Colorado Springs gives us a head-start for <br />reports involving Fountain Creek, Monument Creek and the Arkansas River, and greatly improves <br />our ability to meet intermediate deliverable deadlines and the overall project schedule, <br /> <br />Section 7 - Project Team <br />Montgomery Watson will provide CWCB with a local, conunitted project team which is uniquely <br />qualified to produce a thorough, well-documented 1999 Flood Documentation Report:. <br />Highlights of our project team's capabilities and qualifications include: <br /> <br />. <br />,. <br />. <br />,,,. <br />. <br />. <br />. <br /> <br />m,1,! <br /> <br />A project manager - Chip Paulson ,- with an excellent tt:ack t:ecord in <br />meeting project schedules and budgets and in meeting client <br />expectations for quality and service. <br />Staff who are currently developing 1999 flood documentation t:eports <br />for Colorado Springs. <br />Staff who were involved in documentation of the July 1997 floods in <br />Fort Collins and Weld County. <br />Staff who have a broad range of experience in hydrology, hydraulics, <br />meteorology, and floodplairL management. <br />Staff who have excellent wot:king relationships with local, state and <br />federal agencies throughout Colorado. <br /> <br />A project team organization chart is shown below. Our four key team members will be supponed <br />by our 30-member Denver office.
