Estimated cost is $28,000 for a 60 working day <br />construction period as indicated on the work schedule. <br />Extra costs will be based on hourly rates approved by <br />the state for additional time required beyond that <br />schedule. When the contractor is responsible for the <br />delay any additional cost should be covered by liqui- <br />dated damages. <br /> <br />3. Modifications of the Oxford Avenue Boatchutes <br /> <br />a. This phase includes all work necessary for engineered <br />improvements to both upper and lower Boatchutes located <br />near Oxford Avenue for improved boating safety and for <br />compatibility with other boat chutes in the area. <br /> <br />SpecifiC work items include: <br /> <br />1) As built surveys and detailed mapping of the upper <br />drop structure. Surveying and mapping of the lower <br />drop structure was done as a part of Wright Water <br />Engineers study for the Brown Ditch Boatchutes and <br />will be utilized on this project. <br /> <br />
