Make a final construction review prior to the issuance of <br />any statement of substantial completion of any construction, <br />and submit a written report to the state verifying and <br />substantiating such statement. Prior to submitting the <br />Contractor's final pay estimate to the State, the Consultant <br />shall submit a statement of construction completion to, and <br />obtain the written acceptance of the project facility. <br /> <br />6; Assist the State in preparation of all required notices and <br />ad vertisements of final payment in accordance with State <br />statutes. <br /> <br />7. Establish baseline for locating the work, together with a <br />suitable number of benchmarks adjacent to the work as shown <br />in the contract documents. <br /> <br />IV. REIMBURSEMENT <br /> <br />Basic engineering fees for this project for preliminary design, final <br />design and construction services as indicated on the preceding scope <br />of work are $74,500. <br /> <br />The anticipated engineering and expense costs are based on a 7 month <br />(October 1988 through April 1989) design and construction period as <br />outlined on the attached project schedule and the preceding scope of <br />work. Additional project time beyond the control of Wright Water <br />Engineers would incur additional reimbursement. <br /> <br />V. SPECIAL SERVICES <br /> <br />A. Special services required during the development of the design <br />of this project are actions beyond the scope of the basic <br />engineer services listed above. Because these services vary <br />greatly in scope, complexity and timing. Exact prices are hard <br />to estimate. These services could include: <br /> <br />1. Soils investigations <br />2. Land surveys <br />3. Engineering surveys for design and construction <br />4. Full-time inspection of the construction with supporting <br />staff as necessary. <br />5. Additional copies of drawings and documents beyond those <br />specified under basic engineering services. <br />6. Preparation of detailed applications and supporting <br />documents for governmental permits, such as 404 permitting <br />if required. <br />
