capacity or equivalent pumping capacity promptly without'Cost' to the,
United States; ,

f. Make any alterations to existing improvements, other than
rai Iroad bridges, which may be required because,of the project;

g. Re i mburse the Federa I Government for the cost of excavat i ng
the 'fishing lake in excess of the cost of borrow material fram the
least costly alternative source, currently estlrmlted at $~3,000, and
hold the United States free from water rights claims; and,'"

the overbank clearing under and between the new highway bridge and the
