<br />This letter is to rQtify you of the distribution of the proposed
<br />report of the Chief of Engineers on Fountain Creek, Pueblo,
<br />Colorado, together with other pertinent reports and a Final
<br />Environmental Impact Statement. In accordance with Public Law
<br />78-534 pertaining to coordination procedures on water resources
<br />reports and Public Law 85-624 pertaining to fish and wildlife, I
<br />am furnishing a cOf'y to your designated representative, the
<br />Director, Colorado Water Conservation Board, for review and
<br />comment. The Director's comments will be considered the position
<br />of the State of Colorado on the recommendations of the Chief of
<br />Engineers and will be included with the report when transmitted to
<br />Congress.
