<br />Effect of F'lood Plain Hegulations: [he regulations set forth in this
<br />artie'le for the Flood Regulatory Dist.net, the Floodway District and
<br />the Flood Storage DistY'ict shall appiy to those lands within the 100-
<br />year' flood plain mapped and designated, The r'egulations of this section
<br />shall be construed as being supplementary to the regulations imposed
<br />on the same lands by a!'1Y underlying zoning category. This, Section
<br />supercedes provisions of any zoning relating to flood plains. Any
<br />underlying zoning ~hal1 remain in full force and effect to the extent
<br />that its provfsions are more restrictlVe.
<br />Interpretation: In the Zoning Board of Adjusuner.t's interpretation
<br />and application, the provisions of this Ordinance shall be held to the
<br />minimum requirements and shall be liberally construed in favor of the
<br />City and shall not be deemed a limitation or repeal of any other powers
<br />granted by Colorado Statutes.
