Project Manager for the design of a 22.9 <br />acre, 101 lot single-family residential subdivision, including final design of street, water, sanitary <br />sewer and storm sewer utilities, grading and erosion control plan, preparation of a Master <br />Development Drainage Study, Final Drainage report and application to the Colorado Department of <br />Health for a Stormwater Permit for discharges associated with construootion activities. Responsible <br />for securing approvals from city agencies and coordinating storm drainage and utility improvements <br />with surrounding developments. <br /> <br />· Green Mountain High School, Jefferson County Sellool District. Prepared final design and <br />construction documents for site improvements. Project scope included layout and grading for parking <br />lot expansion and new access drive around the building, storm sewer and drainage improvements and <br />12-inch water main extension.. <br /> <br />· Brook Forest Water District, Evergreen, Colorado. District Engineer for mountain community <br />water district serving residential and commercial users. Responsible for recommending long range <br />capital improvement programs, preparing tinal construction documents for annual capital <br />improvements, monitoring augmentation plan and coordination with the maintenance supervisor to <br />resolve daily questions that may arise, <br /> <br />. Old Town Niwot L.I.D., Niwot, Colorado. Prepared final design and construction documents for a <br />streetscape project which included complete street reconstruction and drainage improvements to <br />alleviate frequent flooding problems. The project included preparation of plan geometries, street <br />grading, specifications, cost estimates and coordination with the local business community. <br /> <br />. Niwot Road/BNRR Crossing Improvements, Bouldel' County, Colorado. Prepared alignment <br />study and construction documents for widening Niwot Road as it crosses over the Burlington <br />Northern Railroad tracks and intersects with State Highway 119. Proposed improvements provided <br />additional through lanes, turning lanes and bicycle lanes. Project included coordination with CDOT <br />and BNRR, preparation of plan geometrics, street grading, cost estimate, and modifications to <br />existing drainage and irrigation facilities. <br /> <br />. Mountain States Employers Council, Denver, Colorado. Prepared layout and grading for new <br />parking lot. Coordinated permit requirements with City and County of Denver and irrigation water <br />tap requirements with the Denver Water Board. <br /> <br />· Airport Road Waterline, Longmont, Colorado.
