..

, -
..

To address your second request, we have included a copy of our floodplain
ordinance. This ordinance allows the Floodplain Administrator to utilize FEMA
approved floodplain mapping information (CLOMR or LOMR) as a supplement to the
existing FIRM mapping.

In compliance with our floodplain regulations, we have been using the drawings
by Greenhorne & O'Mara as the Conditional LOMR maps. We will continue to use
their mapping (revised for the LOMR) and/or as incorporated into the FIS maps,
if FEMA elects to revise the FIRM by a Physical Map Revision.

In summary, we have enclosed the following items. Any material which remains
the same as when submitted for the Conditional LOMR is not duplicated here.

A. Certified record drawings revised to reflect field surveys of project
elements.

B. Profiles revised to reflect field surveys.

C, Revised HEC-2 to reflect field surveys (IO-year, 50-year, and 500-year;
and 100-year and floodway),

D. Copy of Town's Floodplain Ordinance.

E. Copy of letter from FEMA approving the Conditional LOMR on May 2, 1991.

We hope this letter and attachments addresses your requirements for issuing a
LOMR. If you have any questions, please call Peggy McCarthy at Greenhorne &
O'Mara at (303) 755-9000,

Sincerely,

C~

Paul H.
