<br />The initial coordination meeting for the City of Brighton was held
<br />at a meeting attended by personnel of Gingery Associates, Inc., the
<br />FIA, and official s of the ci ty of Brighton on February 12, 1976.
<br />The communi ty base map and the topographic mapping used in thi s
<br />study were furnished by the City of Brighton. On October 26, 1976,
<br />the results of the work by Gingery Associates, Inc., were reviewed
<br />at a final community coordination meeting attended by personnel of
<br />Gingery Associates, Inc., the FIA, and officials of the City of
<br />Brighton, Colorado.

<br />Community base map selection, topographic mapping, and the
<br />identification of streams requiring detailed study in the City of
<br />Commerce City were accomplished in a meeting attended by personnel
<br />of Gingery Associates, Inc., FEMA, the UDFCD, and officials of
<br />Commerce City on February 12, 1976. The final community
<br />coordination meeting was held on March 7, 1977, at which time the
<br />final results of the Flood Insurance Study were presented to city
<br />officials and residents. An explanation of the NFIP was made by a
<br />representative of FEMA and the results of the Flood Insurance Study
<br />were presented by Gingery Associates, Inc. There were no problems
<br />with or objections to the study.

<br />The draft report of the detailed study for the City of Federal
<br />Heights was discussed at a coordination meeting attended by
<br />representatives of the City of Federal Heights, FEMA, and the study
<br />contractor on April 25, 1983. Approximate analyses for Federal
<br />Heights were approved by FEMA for use in this study.

<br />The final community coordination meeting was held on April 2, 1985,
<br />and was attended by representatives of FEMA, the study contractor,
<br />and the City. No problems were raised at the meeting.

<br />The community base map for the City of Northglenn was selected and
<br />the streams requiring detailed study were identified in a
<br />February 12, 1976, meeting attended by representatives of Gingery
<br />Associates, Inc., the FIA, the UDFCD, and the City of Northglenn.
<br />
<br />During the course of the study, coordination was maintained among
<br />representatives of the City of Northglenn, the study contractor,
<br />and the FIA, in order to obtain information and keep all interested
<br />persons aware of the progress.
<br />
<br />A final community coordination meeting was held on July 25, 1977,
<br />to discuss the results of the study, and was attended by personnel
<br />of the study contractor, the PIA, and the City of Northglenn. No
<br />changes or corrections were required as a result of this meeting.
<br />
<br />Community base map selection and identification of streams
<br />requiring detail study in the City of Thornton were accomplished in
<br />a meeting attended by personnel of the study contractor, the FIA,
<br />and the UDFCD, as well as officials of the City of Thornton on
<br />March 11, 1976.
