The applicant will apply for build- <br />ing permits. <br /> <br />il) The building permit application will include a <br />Pre-Construction Elevation Certification in <br />which the applicant provides information <br />about 1 OO.year flood elevations and lowest <br />floor elevations proposed to be built, signed <br />by a registered professional en9ineer, sur- <br />veyor, or geologist.- <br /> <br />10) The building permit official will confirm with <br />the floodplain administrator that all necessary <br />floodplain management conditions have been <br />included as part of the building permit <br />application. <br /> <br />11) The floodplain administrator or the building <br />permit official and/or thl3 appropriate engi- <br />neering official will visit the site during con- <br />struction and verify that all flooljplain <br />rnanagnment conditions are beinu met. <br />
