<br />Completion <br />of <br />Construction <br /> <br />121 Once structures have been completed, the <br />building permit official will ensure that a Post <br />Construction Elevation Certification is filled <br />out for each structure by a registered <br />architect or engineer, certifying that lowest <br />floor elevations have been located where they <br />should be in relation to 1 OO'year flood <br />elevations. <br /> <br />Certificate <br />of <br />Occupancy <br /> <br />13) If, as part of the development, any changes <br />have been made to the 1 OO-year floodplain <br />that result in changes in 1 OO-year flood <br />elevations or changes in the area that would <br />be affected by a 1 OO-year flood, the floodplain <br />administrator will assure that the engineering <br />information describing the revised floodplain <br />is accurate. Then he will assure that the offi~ <br />cial floodplain maps are revised accordingly <br />and that FEMA and the CWCS approve. <br />CWCS designation of the new information will <br />be required if 1 OO-year flood elevations <br />change. <br /> <br />Part of <br />Subdivision <br />Improvements <br />Agreement <br /> <br />14) The floodplain administrator will assure that <br />any ongoing operational or maintenance re- <br />sponsibilities for facilities in the floodplain are <br />upheld by the appropriate parties. <br /> <br />38 <br />
