"Chip" Paulson, P.E. <br /> <br />Resume <br /> <br />Mr. Paulson is a Principal Engineer with Montgomery Watson responsible for conducting and <br />supervising work related to water resources, hydrology, hydraulics, floodplain management, <br />stormwater quantity and quality control, environmental evaluations, flood control design, and <br />other aspects of civil engineering. <br /> <br />Mr. Paulson has 18 years of experience in the areas of water resources investigations, flood- <br />plain hydrology and hydraulics, environmental evaluations, stormwater quality, reservoir sys- <br />tem simulation, river restoration, stormwater master plans, and drainage design.
