Mr. Lowry has had over 24 years of experience in the civil engineering field, with an <br />emphasis on hydrologic and hydraulic analysis, civil design, evaluation, design and construc- <br />tion of hydroelectric facilities, dam design and construction, construction management, and <br />contract administration. Experience includes design of river and channel improvements; water <br />transmission, storage, pumping and distribution systems; intakes; and stormwater retention fa- <br />cilities. Mr. Lowry has conducted economic life-cycle analyses to determine optimum sizing <br />of facilities.
