<br />further downstream. It may be possible to raise the vertical profile of 96th Avenue to allow a <br />higher design pool elevation. Peoria Street was not considered a design constraint. It is preferred <br />to release less than 3700 cfs because of costs associated with downstream structures. TC&B will <br />evaluate various bridge structures and openings to detennine the cost impact of the discharge <br />range. <br />. TC&B is to determine the acreage of the FEMA and TC&B floodplains on the Shell Site. This <br />information will be provided to Commerce City and ShelVWashington. <br />.
