When mapping it, no
floodway will be shown 6n the split. All 9,000 cfs will be assurned to be in the main
stem of First Creek.

Outfall System Plan

Joe discussed a spreadsheet model that was used for routing through Maul Reservoir.
The results show more storage below 96th street, but also shows a higher discharge rate
than presented in the Alternatives Report (Phase I). The District asked for the
information so they can insert it into a SWM M model. TCB is also still investigating
this.

The Eagle Creek diversion to First Creek 'was discussed. The City of Commerce City
concurred with the solution to divert flow east of Eagle Creek for all runoff south of 96th
street. TeB has a copy of the Eagle Creek drainage study should assume that flow rate
through the development will be as stated in that report.

The City also agreed to provide TCB with a copv of the Cast site plat showing the
drainage easement.

Action items are underlined.

Next Meeting: August 1
2:00 PM

~-'--..-
