The owner bought in
the mid 90's. 1990 Wright Water study showed the need for a 60-foot R.O.W., so the 110-foot
R.O_W. that is called out in the Alternatives Report needs to be corrected to read 60-foot RO.W.

(4)

Culverts

Eagle Creek is the developer east of CAST, which is currently planned as the reservior area. A 900
cfs outflow was originally defined in a study for the area, but Tuttle Ap~legate re-calculated the
outflow rate at approximately 600 cfs and took cross sections along 96t Avenue. .Tuttle-Applegate
proposed that all drainage be routed to the Elm drainage. Adams County took into consideration
Tuttle-Applegate's study and instructed that Y, the flows be taken to the Elm drainage, and Y, the
flows be taken to the Arsenal N. drainage.

(5)

Options

(6)

Next Meeting/Adjournment

Culverts exist (36" and Detention Ponds) and they are allowed to keep existing culverts under
Highway 2.

Two options exist: 1) keep existing flow 2) Upsize culverts and route through CAST at a reduced
rate using only the 60-foot ROW or less.

H:\FORMS\MEETING MINlITES.DOC
