Delineation Srudy for the lower First Creek watershcd.

Alternatives Report

Alternativcs Rcport
Commerce City provided a copy of their draft commcnt lctter. UDFCD provided redlined copies of the
report with comments. Adams County should have their rcview completcd by Thursday, Octobcr 12".
TC&B will provide a draft copy of the alternatives report to UDFCD, with the comments incorporated
before printing the final report. If the Adams County comments are received on Octobcr 12'" the next draft
will be ready about October IS".

The additional survey at 104" Avenue and 1-76 has been completed. The flow split has been analyzed based
on the additional survey. TC&B is completing a review of the split and will provide large scale mapping and
model output to UDFCD for review.

Ed Stafford told the attendees that a residential development is pending at 112" Avenue and Havana Street.
This property is not currently in the floodplain. Commerce City thinks that it will be in the floodplain when
the flood hazard area delineation is complete. They are concerned about the timing of their reviews and the
completion of the FHAD.

Meeting Schedule
The next scheduled meeting is October 18 at 2:00 PM at the UDFCD.
