UDFCD provided redlined copies of the <br />report with comments. Adams County should have their rcview completcd by Thursday, Octobcr 12". <br />TC&B will provide a draft copy of the alternatives report to UDFCD, with the comments incorporated <br />before printing the final report. If the Adams County comments are received on Octobcr 12'" the next draft <br />will be ready about October IS". <br /> <br />FHAD <br /> <br />Meeting Schedulel Adjournment <br /> <br />FHAD <br />The additional survey at 104" Avenue and 1-76 has been completed. The flow split has been analyzed based <br />on the additional survey. TC&B is completing a review of the split and will provide large scale mapping and <br />model output to UDFCD for review. <br /> <br />Ed Stafford told the attendees that a residential development is pending at 112" Avenue and Havana Street. <br />This property is not currently in the floodplain. Commerce City thinks that it will be in the floodplain when <br />the flood hazard area delineation is complete. They are concerned about the timing of their reviews and the <br />completion of the FHAD. <br /> <br />Meeting Schedule <br />The next scheduled meeting is October 18 at 2:00 PM at the UDFCD. <br /> <br />Distribution: Study Contact List <br />
