<br />01 (bl A major multipurpose water project for the benefit of <br />02 the Denver metropolitan area on the South Platte river <br />03 upstream from the Chatfield reservoir; <br />04 (c) A major multipurpose water project to regulate and <br />05 store the waters of the South Platte river or its tributaries <br />06 located on the South Platte river or its tributaries whic'h <br />07 enter downstream of the Henderson gauging station northerly of <br />08 Denver. <br />09 (2 I It is the intent of the general assembly that other <br />10 projects which may be authorized on or after January 1, 1987, <br />11 shall be funded to completion concurrently with the first <br />12 priority projects described in subsection (1) of this section <br />13 to the extent that such funding is not inconsistent with the <br />14 demonstrated funding requirements of said first priority <br />15 projects as they may be approved by the general assembly <br />16 pursuant to the actions described in section 37-96-10A. <br />17 37-96-104. Reports to the general assembly. (1) Not <br />18 later than February 1 of each year, the Colorado water <br />19 conservation board and the Colorado water resources and power <br />20 development authority, after consultation with the department <br />21 of local affairs and the water qual i ty control commission, <br />22 shall, by joint resolution, submit to the general assembly <br />23 recommendations; including proposed contractual and repayment <br />24 arrangements, for the use of the moneys which are expected to <br />25 become available to the fund for the purposes set forth in <br />26 section 37-96-102 (3). Said joint resolution shall include any <br /> <br />-5- <br />
