<br />, <br /> <br />01 (b) The construction of Colorado water resource and flood <br />02 control projects; <br />03 (c) The repair, rehabilitation, and enlargement of <br />04 Colorado water resource projects; <br />05 (d) The construction and implementation of facilities, <br />06 measures, and means for the better conservation and manaqement <br />07 of water resources; <br />08 (e) The construction and development of adequate <br />O~ recreational facilities as a part of, and which can be <br />10 reasonably incorporated into, Colorado water projects( the <br />11 cost.of which facilities shall be nonreimbursable; <br />12 (f) The construction of proj ects and facil i ties for the <br />13 maintenance of water quality standards; <br />14 (g) The construction of underground recharge and storage <br />15 projects; <br />16 (h) The Colorado water conservation board construction <br />17 fund created in section 37-60-121, and <br />18 (i) The Colorado water resources and power development <br />19 authority created in section 37-95-104. <br />20 37-96-103. Priorities for use of the fund. (1) With <br />21 respect to the moneys in the fund which are available for the <br />22 purposes of section 37-96-102 (3), the following proj ects <br />23 shall have the first priorities for expenditures from the <br />24 fund: <br />25 (a) The projects previously authbrized by senate joint <br />26 resolut~n number 0, fifty-third qeneral assembly; <br />27 <br /> <br />-4- <br />
