I COORDINA noN RESPONSIBILITIES I

1, Coordinate with the SEOC any potential
disaster related emergency issues which
are surfaced,

2. Provide staffing for representation at state
emergency facilities to include the SEOC.
the Field Coordinating Center (FCC) and
state-federal field offices,

3. Coordinate the Governor's schedule and
participation in disaster response - recovery
activities,

4. Coordinate and verify with the State Coor-
dinating OffIcer key decisions made by the
Governor pertaining to disaster emergency
situations,

5, Provide the SEOC with copies of proclama-
tions. executive orders. or other key docu-
ments dealing with emergency
preparedness activities Issued by the
Governor.

6, Insure that funds are available to permit ef-
fective and timely implementation of
response and recovery activities,

7, Require periodic reports from the SEOC
concerning changing disaster related con-
ditions of significance.

8. Require after action reports on each major
emergency response or disaster.

9. Notify and keep informed the legislature
and judicial branches of government
