<br />. <br /> <br />DESCRIPTION OF THE PROPOSED PROJECT <br />,(Selected Alternative Only) <br /> <br />Project Location <br /> <br />The project is located in the Town of Wiley, Prowers County, Colorado. A location map <br />is given in the attachments as Figure 1. The basic project elements are construction of two levees <br />to protect existing residential development. The east levee is a ring levee protecting an existing <br />subdivision. The west levee protects existing development west of the Wiley Drainage Ditch. A <br />detailed description of the project is given in Section VII. Figures showing the proposed <br />improvements are given in the attachments. <br /> <br />Project Photos and Videos <br />Photographs of the project area are included in the attachments. <br /> <br />DSRs from Previous Disaster Declarations <br />Not Applicable. <br /> <br />Project Description <br />.
