A location map <br />is given in the attachments as Figure 1. The basic project elements are construction of two levees <br />to protect existing residential development. The east levee is a ring levee protecting an existing <br />subdivision. The west levee protects existing development west of the Wiley Drainage Ditch. A <br />detailed description of the project is given in Section VII.
