<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />ENVIRONMENTAL REVIEW <br /> <br />A partially completed environmental review checklist is included in Section VI of the project <br />report. Section VI also includes a copy of the letter sent to review agencies by the CWCB <br />requesting environmental review comments and the project description and map that were <br />attached to the request letter. A list of the agencies, including the name and address of each <br />agency contact, has also been provided. <br /> <br />Consultation letters from the local, state, and federal environmental review agencies have not yet <br />been received. They will all be collected by the CWCB and transmitted as a complete packet <br />when they have all been received. A pocket for inserting those letters, once they have been <br />received, is provided in the report. These letters will provide support for the environmental <br />review checklist. <br /> <br />PROJECT WORK SCHEDULE <br /> <br />The proposed project schedule for work to be conducted once HMGP funding has been awarded <br />by FEMA is provided in the attachments. The 404 Mitigation Project Work <br />Schedule/Summary Report form (see attachments) will be used for quarterly tracking of the <br />proposed project. The project milestones described in the schedule discussion are shown on the <br />enclosed copy of the 404 Schedu1e/Report. <br /> <br />The starting date of the project will be immediately following FEMA's approval and grant award <br />for this project. Solicitation for an engineering consultant to perform final design would begin <br />immediately. Project completion would be within 1 year of starting date, as shown on the <br />enclosed copy of the 404 Schedu1e/Report. <br />
