WHEREAS, the Colorado Water Conservation Board, as requested
by the Board of County Commissioners of Larimer County and by
the City of Fort Collins, by Resolution No. 203, adopted January
7, 19B3, approved and designated the floodplains described in
said report; and

WHEREAS, a new report entitled "Cooper
Creek, Master Drainageway Planning Study,"
Simons, Li & Associates, Inc., in August, 19B1;

WHEREAS, the Colorado Water Conservation Board, as requested
by the Board of County Commissioners of Larimer County and by
the City of Fort Collins, by Resolution No. 205, adopted January
7, 19B3, approved and designated the floodplains described in
said report; and

WHEREAS, a new revised report entitled "Flood Insurance
Study, Larimer County, Colorado, Unincorporated Areas, Volumes
1-3,".. was prepared by the. Federal Emergency Management Agency on
March IB, 19B6; and

WHEREAS, said new revised Flood Insurance Study describes
and outlines the floodplain data and information for Dry Creek
from its confluence with the Cache la Poudre River upstream to
the 19B6 eastern corporate limit of the City of Fort Collins and
from the 19B6 northern corporate limit of the City of Fort
Collins upstream to a point approximately 500 feet downstream of
Shields Street in a manner that is consistent with the data and
information previously designated by Resolution No. 203; and

WHEREAS, the floodplain data and information for Cooper
Slough and for Boxelder Creek, previously approved and
designated by the Colorado Water Conservation Board as detailed
information by Resolution No. 205, have been converted by the
Federal Emergency Management Agency in said new revised Flood
Insurance Study to floodplain delineations by approximate.
methods for Boxelder Creek from its confluence with the Cache la
Poudre River upstream to a point approximately 100 feet upstream
of Willox Lane, and for Cooper Slough from Prospect Street

WHEREAS, a new revised report entitled "Flood Insurance
Study, Larimer county, Colorado, Unincorporated Areas, Volumes
1-3," was prepared by the Federal Emergency Management Agency on
March 4, 19B7; and

WHEREAS, said new revised Flood Insurance Study describes
and outlines the floodplain data and information for portions of
the Fall River, the Big Thompson River, and Black Canyon Creek,
as listed in Table 1, attached hereto and by this reference
incorporated herein; and
