<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Actions To Be Taken <br />Following are check lists of actions to be taken, or at least considered. for various stages of a <br />flood situation, The Engineer in charge must exercise his best judgment as to which actions to actually <br />take, based on the situation, For example, intersection flooding would not require notification of the <br />CWCB, When notifications are necessary, keep a log noting who was contacted, at what time, and <br />any follow-up action-items, if necessary, <br />1. DURING WORKING HOURS <br />A. Message 1 (Internal Alert) and/or Message 2 (flash Flood Watch) <br />1. Advise everyone in the office of the situation, <br />2. Attempt to locate other staff members who are out of the office and advise them. <br />3, Staff members out of the office will keep the office advised of their whereabouts at <br />all times, <br />4. Check for cameras and film, <br />5, Notify Colorado Water Conservation Board (CWCB) at 866-3441. <br />Arrange for further contacts if situation develops, <br /> <br />a, Larry Lang <br />b, Peter Evans <br />c, Brian Hyde <br />d, Tom Browning <br />e.
