2) Re-establish stream bed to channel design requiranents (see Exhibit
A & D) in areas not =nforming to Q100 requiranent (see Exhibit D & C)
3) Based on Q100 ~ 507 c.f.s. (Log Pearson) versus Q100 ~ 1250 c.f.s.
(assumed) the channel design criteria is very =nservative for the
Swan River Channel.
4) Rock rip-rap to be placed in channel as shown on X-section Exhibit c.
SUMMARY
with regard to the proposed develojIllellt of the Tiger Rnn Resort Property,
the evaluations, based on the data presented in the exhibits =ntained herein,
provide for the following pr=edures to =nfonn with regulatory requiranents
and to insure the =nditions of develojIllellt are rret by all =ncerned parties;
- 'fue report and exhibits to be subnitted to the Colorado Water Conserva-
tion Board for review.

- 'fue report and exhibits to be subni tted to the Federal Insurance
Administration with a request for map arrendrrent.
- Co=espondence fran the al::xJve agencies to be sul:mi tted to surrrni t Connty.
- Grading and drainage improvanents proposed by the develojIllellt to =nfonn
to the requiranents of the P.U.D. agreanent.

Major factors that llUlSt be =nsidered in the evaluations are as follows:
1) 'fue Swan River does not have a gaging station and using the assumed
Q100 ~ 1250 c.f.s.' which is the peak recorded flow downstream of the
=nfluence of the Blue & Swan Rivers is clearly a very =nservative
criteria for channel design of the Swan River, this is borne out by the
fact that the existing channel and culverts have adequately handled the
run-off over the past 15 years. 'fuerefore, only those sections of the
Swan River as shown on Exhibits C & D require irnprovanent.

3
