<br />2) Irnprovanents to the Swan River Channel IlUlst accomplish not only <br />adequate channel design to carry the peak nm-off, but also =eate a <br />stream and stream bed that will provide the erwirornuent necessary for <br />spawning and reproduction of marine life. The latter will be accomplished <br />by expertise and consultation by the Division of Wildlife, as aclrnowl- <br />edged by their letter of Septanber 17, 1979. <br />3) Developrent of Parcel A (Exhibit E [, Exhibit B) will result in average <br />channel depths of 8' - 10' along the Blue River. Eventual developrent <br />of Parcel G will result in the leveling of existing tailing piles, <br />thus increasing the channel depths an average of 2'. <br />4) As developnent of the property ==s, site planning and grading <br />requirements will confonn to Paragraph 6 of the P.U.D. agreement which <br />expressly states that the Swan and Blue River drainage course shall <br />rEm'lin free of any structures intended for hurran habitation, or would <br />be unduly darraged by possible inundation during peric:ds of high run-off. <br />A building set back line and flcor elevation can then be established to <br />ensure that structures intended for hurran habitation shall be a rnininuJm <br />of 2' above the high water mark established along the stream bank for <br />each structure and a rnininuJm of 15' set back to the foundation line <br />fran the high water line as established along the stream-bed. Isolated <br />low areas may be filled to meet these requiranents and ensure bank <br />erosion protection. see Exhibit nnn for areas subject to flooding at <br />QIOO. <br /> <br />4 <br />
