Agreenent <br /> <br />PROPERrY DESCRIPI'ION <br /> <br />The subject property lies, for the I1Dst part, in the Swan River Valley, <br /> <br />beginning at Tiger Road and extending approxirrately 1 mile to a p::>int near the <br />confluence of the Swan and Blue Rivers, the renaining p::>rtion extends to the <br />Southwest across State Highway 9 (see Exhibit D). Topography of the property <br /> <br />contained in the Swan River Valley has a gradient fran elevation 9260 at the <br /> <br />north end to elevation 9150 near the confluence of the Swan & Blue Rivers. <br /> <br />Surrrner rool of Lake Dillon Reservoir recorded at 9017. (USGS Top::> Map, Frisco <br /> <br />Quad) . <br /> <br />Traversing the property are dredge tailing piles (see Exhibit D) which <br /> <br />are to be leveled and used for aggregate in the construction of roads and <br /> <br />overall grading.
