<br />HYDROICGY REPORI' & CHANNEL DESIGN <br />TIGER RUN RESORI' <br /> <br />INI'RODOCTION <br />The following is an Evaluation of 212 + a=es located in the Swan River <br />Valley, S1mnit County Colorado. The Swan River traverses the property from <br />the south westerly !::oundary to the south easterly !::oundary near its =nfluence <br />with the Blue River. Along certain sections of its =urse through the property, <br />the original stream bed of the Swan River has been altererl and flows restricted <br />as a result of drerlging operations in the early 1900's. <br />This report is preparerl to establish the require:nents necessary to re- <br />establish the stream bed in certain areas in order to adequately handle a 100 <br />year flood (QlOO) and to qualify the property as exEmpt fram the ZOne A presently <br />shown in the Flood Insurance Survey and Flood Insurance rate maps. <br />The Blue River !::orders on a portion of the northern !::oundary and traverses <br />the 26 acres located on the west side of State Highway 9.
