OPEN SPACE RESERVATION <br />The DEVELOPER in conjunction with the development of Phases I and II agrees to <br />reserve for permanent open space, a total of 22 acres of land, designated as <br />Parcel E on the Master Plan to be used as.a park and open space. It is also <br />agreed that at a later date within the schedule of the P.U.D. as shown in Ex- <br />hibit B, the owner thereof may convey this ~arcel for use as a'public park in <br />conjunction with developments proposed by the Division of Wildlife in restock- <br />ing and rechannelizing the Swan River for recreational and fishing use. Such <br />conveyance'would be made available by the OWNER at a price not to exceed its <br />cost plus Teasonable cinterest during-the periodocoLownership.:and cost of im- <br />proverrents .thatbenefit the parcel. directly-subject-to~approval-and acceptance <br />by the County. <br />4.
