EASEMENTS <br /> <br />The DEVELOPER agrees that non-exclusive easements required for water, sewer, <br />gas, electrical, and other utility lines, as well as reasonable access ease- <br /> <br />ments to abutting U. S. Forest service lands will be provided to the proper <br /> <br />entities. Such easements will be shown in the Declarations or Restrictions as <br /> <br />recorded upon completion of each Phase. The DEVELOPER shall comply with the <br /> <br /> <br />COUNTY'S current flood plain study and shall sUbmit to the County at site plan <br /> <br /> <br />stage necessary-hydrol~gical-and drainage. data-subject to approval by the Coun- <br /> <br /> <br />ty Engineers, which shall insure that both the Blue River and Swan. River drain- <br /> <br />age course shall remain-free of, any structures intended for human habitation <br /> <br />or that-cwoul d .be unduly. ,damaged. by. possib lei nundation dur.i ng :per.i ods 'of hi gh <br />runoff' or storm drainage., <br /> <br />7. NUMBER AND TYPE OF DEVELOPMENT USES <br /> <br />The DEVELOPER and the COUNTY hereby agree ~hat the total number of developable <br /> <br /> <br />sites and uses to be developed within .theboundaries of the T4ger Run Resort <br /> <br />P.U.D. shall be-as noted-on ExhibitC._~.It is further agreed that the general <br /> <br /> <br />type.and location of these:units .or uses ~s depicted in Exhibit:C may.be re- <br /> <br /> <br />vised and refined by the DEVELDPER at its discretion-as the site-planning, for- <br /> <br /> <br />each '.Phase .i s~'undertaken.~as long' as. the overall, tota 1- number"()f- developab le -- <br /> <br />units-complies-with ~he-provisions of Exhibit C.
