It is understood that during the con- <br /> <br />. .. <br /> <br />struction of Phase I (150 R.V. sites; plus amenities) the DEVELOPER shall sub- <br /> <br /> <br />mit to the COUNTY Regional Planning Staff, for review, documentation covering <br /> <br />the entire first Phase of operations showing .use' of the facility by members <br /> <br />versus transient rentals and vacancies.
