<br />65. MOBILE HOME PADS: Part of an individual lot which has <br />been reserved for placement of the mobile home, appurten- <br />ant structures or additions. The pad should provide an <br />adequate foundation and anchoring facilities to secure the <br />mobile home against any accidental movement. <br /> <br />66. MOTEL: Two or more accommodations for sleeping within a <br />building used mainly by transients with an individual pri- <br />vate on-site parking area attached or accessible to each <br />unit. <br /> <br />67. NON-CONFORMING BUILDINGS: Any legally existing building <br />which does not conform to the "location and bulk" regu- <br />lations of this Resolution for the district in which such <br />"non-conforming building" is located, either at the effec- <br />tive date of the resolution establishing the district or as <br />a result of subsequent amendments which may be incorporated <br />into this Zoning Resolution. <br /> <br />68. NON-CONFORMING USE: Any legally existing use, whether with- <br />in a building or other structure or on a tract of land, <br />which does not conform to the "use" regulations for the <br />district in which such "non-conforming use" is located, <br />either at the effective date of the resolution establish- <br />ing the districts or as a result of subsequent amendments <br />which may be incorporated into this Zoning Resolution. <br /> <br />69, PARCEL: A tract of land under common ownership, whether <br />the same shall be divided by public rights-of-way or util- <br />ities or whether the interior portions may be wholly or <br />partially subdivided. <br /> <br />70, PARK: A public or private parcel of land devoted primar- <br />ily to outdoor recreation. <br /> <br />71. PARKING LOT: An area for the sole purpose of parking motor <br />vehicles in legal operating condition, and which is striped <br />for parking spaces. <br /> <br />72. PARKING SPACE: The space required to park one motorized <br />vehicle which space shall not be less than 180 square feet <br />in area, exclusive of access drives. <br /> <br />73. PASTURE: A tract of land used for grazing. <br /> <br />74. PET: A domestic animal kept for pleasure rather than uti- <br />lity, If such animal is raised or kept for the purpose of <br />sale or food, it shall be conclusively presumed not to be <br />a pet. <br /> <br />75. PLAN: Shall mean the proposal for development of a parcel <br />of land including a plat of subdivision, all covenants, <br />grants of easement and other conditions relating to use, <br /> <br />-11- <br />
