The Plan shall <br />include such information as required by this resolution. <br />The phrase "Provisions of the Plan" where used in this <br />resolution shall mean those documents, verbal or graphic, <br />referred to in this definition. <br /> <br />76, PLAN COMMISSION: Shall mean the Planning Commission of <br />Fremont County. <br /> <br />77. PLANNED RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT: Shall mean an area of <br />land, controlled by a Landowner, to be developed as a sin- <br />gle entity for a number of dwelling units, the Plan for <br />which does not correspond in lot size, bulk or type of <br />dwelling density, lot coverage or required open space to <br />the regulations in anyone residential district established <br />by any other sections of this Zoning Resolution. <br /> <br />78. ROAD, PUBLIC: A right-of-way or easement for purposes of <br />access which is not in private ownership.
