FUR FARMS: The raising of any animal for the purpose <br />producing pelts to be sold commercially, or the raising <br />of breeding stock for such commercial fur pelts, includ- <br />ing, but not exclusive of others, fox, mink, rabbit, lynx <br />and chinchilla. <br /> <br />46. GARAGE: <br /> <br />a. Private - a space intended for or used by the private <br />automobiles of families resident upon the lot. <br /> <br />b. Public - a building for the care, repair, storage, or <br />hire of motor vehicles. <br /> <br />47. GUEST BUILDINGS: A structure occupying an accessory posi- <br />tion on a lot, which contains no cooking facilities and is <br />used exclusively for housing non-paying guests. No reduc- <br />tion of side yards shall be allowed for this use regardless <br />of other provisions of this resolution. <br /> <br />48. HOME OCCUPATION: A use customarily carried on by the dwel- <br />ling occupant and incidental to the primary residential <br />character of the property, subject to no change in the inter- <br />nal or external appearance of the property. A home oc- <br />cupation shall not be interpreted to include the following: <br /> <br />a, nursing home <br /> <br />b. animal hospital <br /> <br />c, restaurant <br /> <br />49. HOSPITAL: A building used for the accommodation of the <br />sick, injured, or infirm, including clinics, sanitariums, <br />convalescent and rest homes, boarding hospitals and homes <br />for the children or aged. <br /> <br />50, HOSPITAL, VETERINARY: A building in which animals requir- <br />ing special medical care are treated, or temporarily housed; <br />the term shall not be interpreted to include any type of <br />boarding or commercial kennel or stable. <br /> <br />51. HOTEL OR RESORT HOTEL: A building occupied by guests as a <br />temporary residence of individuals, lodged with or without <br />meals and where there are generally no provisions for cook- <br />ing in any individual unit. <br /> <br />52. <br /> <br />INDUSTRY: <br />services. <br /> <br />The commercial production and sale of goods and <br /> <br />53. INTERMEDIATE REGIONAL FLOOD means a type of flood, including <br />the water surface elevation and territorial occupation there- <br />of which can be expected to occur at any time in a given area <br />based upon recorded historical precipitation and other valid <br />data, but with an average statistical one percent chance of <br />being equalled or exceeded during anyone year.
