COMMON OPEN SPACE is a parcel or parcels of land or an <br />area of water, or a combination of land and water within <br />the site designated for a Planned Unit Residential Develop- <br />ment, and designed and intended for the use or enjoyment <br />of residents of the Planned Unit Residential Development. <br />Common Open Space may contain such complementary structures <br />and improvements as are necessary and appropriate for the <br />benefit and enjoyment of residents of the Planned Unit <br />Residential Development. <br /> <br />29. COMMUNITY BUILDING: A meeting place used by members of <br />the community for social, cultural or recreational purposes. <br /> <br />30. CORRALS: A pen, fence or some similar enclosure for the <br />purpose of confining or capturing of animals. <br /> <br />31. DAIRYING: Processing or selling milk and milk products. <br /> <br />32. DRIVE-IN: An adjective meaning designed to permit customers <br />to remain in their automobiles or other vehicles. <br /> <br />33. DWELLING: <br /> <br />a. Any building or portion thereof, used exclusively for <br />residential purposes but shall not include hotels, clubs, <br />boarding or rooming houses, fraternity or sorority <br />houses, institutions. <br /> <br />b. SINGLE FAMILY - A building containing one kitchen or <br />more designed and/or used to house not more than one <br />family, including necessary employees of each such <br />family. <br /> <br />c. TWO-FAMILY - a building containing not more than two <br />kitchens, designed and/or used to house not more than <br />two families, living independently of each other, in- <br />cluding necessary employees of each such family. <br /> <br />d. MULTIPLE - a building designed and/or used to house <br />three or more families, living independently of each <br />other, including necessary employees of each such family. <br /> <br />e. LIVING UNIT - a building or portion thereof containing <br />one kitchen designed and/or used to house not more than <br />one family, including necessary employees of such family. <br /> <br />34. DWELLING, TOWNHOUSE: An attached or semi-attached dwelling, <br />containing a single dwelling unit and located or capable of <br />being located on a separate lot. <br /> <br />35. FAMILY: One person living alone, or two or more persons <br />related by blood, marriage, or legal adoption. <br /> <br />-7- <br />
