<br />7. ALLEY: A minor public thoroughfare upon which the rear of <br />building lots generally abut and which affords a secondary <br />means of access. <br /> <br />8. BEAUTY SHOP: An establishment providing persons with ser- <br />vices that include hair treatment, manicures or facials. <br /> <br />15. BILLBOARD: An outdoor advertisement making a material or <br />service known, such advertisement being remote from point <br />of sale of such material or service. <br /> <br />16, BOARDING AND ROOMING HOUSE: A building other than a hotel <br />or motel where lodging for five or more persons is provided <br />for compensation; meals may be provided for such lodgers. <br />This term shall not include child care center or family care <br />home, <br /> <br />17, BUILDING: Any structure having a roof supported by columns <br />or walls and used for the enclosure of persons, animals or <br />chattels, but not including a trailer or mobile home. <br /> <br />18.
