<br />Colorado, <br /> <br />AND WHEREAS, due consideration has been given to the comments <br /> <br />received at said public meeting; <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Fremont County Board of <br /> <br />County Commissioners: <br /> <br />That the Board of County Commissioners of Fremont, County does <br /> <br />amend the Resolution adopting and enacting Zoning Regulations on land <br /> <br />within the unincorporated area of Fremont County, dated July 1, 1968 <br /> <br />in the following particulars to wit: <br /> <br />The entire Section 210 (Word Definitions) shall read as follows: <br /> <br />210. WORD DEFINITIONS <br /> <br />1. ACCESS: Shall be near, clear and unobstructed usable ap- <br />proach of not less than 10 feet in width to a legally dedi- <br />cated public way, <br /> <br />2. ACCESSORY BUILDING OF STRUCTURE: A building or structure on <br />the same lot with the building or structure housing the prin- <br />cipal use, but housing a use customarily incidental and sub- <br />ordinate to and customarily associated with the principal <br />use, Accessory use - a use customarily associated with, <br />but subordinate to the principal use on the same zone lot. <br /> <br />3, ADMINISTRATOR: The Planning Director, Consultant, Zoning <br />Enforcement Officer, or other agent of the Planning Com- <br />mission as duly appointed thereby; acting in a capacity of <br />Administrator, <br /> <br />4. AIRPORT: Means a place on land or water where aircraft may <br />land to discharge or receive cargo and passengers, make re- <br />pairs or take on fuel. The runways are not instrumented for <br />operations under instrument flight rules conditions and the <br />runways shall not be longer than 7000 feet. <br /> <br />5. AIRPORT ELEVATION: Means the established elevation of the <br />airport above Mean Sea Level (MSL) <br /> <br />6, AIRPORT HAZARD: Means any structure, tree or use of land <br />which obstructs the airspace required for, or is otherwise <br />hazardous to, the flight of aircraft in landing or taking <br />off at the airport. <br /> <br />-4- <br />
