Development of a Storm Drainage Master Plan <br />. Completion of the St. Vrain Creek Floodplain <br />Information Report <br />. Development of a Water System Master Plan <br />. Design a Storm Drainage Detention Pond <br />. Review Subdivision Development Plans <br />. Prepare a Development Impact Fee analysis <br /> <br />[ <br />[I <br /> <br />!j <br /> <br />The Town of Lyons, known as the "Gateway to the <br />Rockies" is the first town at the foothills entrance to the <br />famous Rocky Mountain National Park. Lyons is a town <br />of approximately 1,500 residents that are experiencing <br />tremendous growth pressure. Professional engineering <br />services were vital to the community to direct growth <br />and plan for the expanding community needs, Utility <br />and roadway infrastructure were evaluated to service the <br />growing population. <br /> <br />[~ <br />L: <br /> <br />IJ <br /> <br />The engineering staff worked closely with the Lyons <br />community to successfully develop master plans which <br />are implementable in the town, The floodplain analysis <br />work was able to strike a balance between risk/damage <br />and ability to fund the capital improvements, <br /> <br />[ <br />Ij <br />(! <br /> <br />~ <br />Ii <br />[J <br /> <br />. <br /> <br /> <br />
