Work towards a Team concensus, <br /> <br />Once the direction of the Report has been established, <br /> <br />the Team should agree on the intent of each <br /> <br />recommendation and determine which ones should be <br /> <br />included in the Report and which ones should be deleted <br /> <br />from further consideration. A dispute resolution format <br /> <br />needs to be suggested by the Team Leader and there may be <br /> <br />the need to identify in the Report the recommendations <br /> <br />for which a concensus could not be reached. <br /> <br />0, Other Recommendations category. <br /> <br />Some mitigation actions discussed by the Team may not <br /> <br />develop into a final recommendation for the following <br /> <br />reasons: the area of concern was adequately covered and <br /> <br />no opportunity for improvement existed, no concensus <br /> <br />could be reached on how the Work Element should be <br /> <br />presented, there was not enough time to adequately <br /> <br />evaluate the issue, or the measure was a standard <br /> <br />operating procedure, However, if the Team determines the <br /> <br />mitigation action should be addressed, it may be included <br />in the Report under the heading of "Other Recommenda- <br />tions," with a brief explanation of the action and its <br /> <br />significance (Attachment #26), <br />
