Establish a schedule for review of the final draft. <br /> <br />, <br />, <br /> <br />All the Team members should be given the opportunity to <br /> <br />review and provide comments on all sections of the final <br /> <br />Report draft. The draft can be express mailed to those <br /> <br />Team members who will be immediately returning to their <br /> <br />duty stations. Their comments and suggestions can be <br /> <br />taken via the telephone, usually the day after they have <br /> <br />received the draft. Local and State Team members can be <br /> <br />provided the draft by courier or by an efpress mailing, <br /> <br />A firm schedule must be established by the Team for <br />receipt of all comments on the draft. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />F, Investigate EO 11988 "No Action" option, <br /> <br />The Step 3 "No Action" alternative of the EO 11988 <br /> <br />"8-step process" can be a very valuable miti9ation tool, <br />and the Team should be aware of its intent when <br /> <br />developing the recommendations (Attachment #27). <br /> <br />G. Continue full Team involvement. support, and <br /> <br />coordination. <br /> <br />Team members should have follow-up assignments based on <br /> <br />the Report recommendations. Lead Agencies for the <br /> <br /> <br />various recommendations can immediately begin to initiate <br /> <br /> <br />activities towards accomplishing the Report objectives, <br /> <br />.1 <br />
