In addition, other services and <br />supplies for office set-up are required to support the <br />Team's activities (Attachment #8). <br /> <br />M. <br /> <br />Prepare for state and local briefings, <br /> <br />Key State and local officials who will be involved in the <br />hazard mitigation process should be briefed at the <br />disaster site by the Team Leader and the State Hazard <br />Mitigation Coordinator, Preparations for these briefings <br />and tentative schedules should be addressed prior to <br />arriving at the disaster site (See Section II - Immediate <br />On-Site Activities, Item B - Conduct State and Local <br />Briefings) , <br /> <br />N. <br /> <br />Review Work Element index and reference library. <br /> <br />The Work Elements of all Team Reports from 639-0R-Alabama <br />to the present will be indexed on a retrievable data base <br />(Attachment #9), Before the Team is activated, FEMA <br />staff should review the index for established patterns <br />and innovative ideas that may relate to the current <br />event, The reference library should also be screened for <br />relevant materials (Attachment #10), <br />
