<br />~ <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />Consult the Federal Laboratory Consortium (FLC) report <br />summary, <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />The FLC is an organization of approximately 300 Federally <br />funded research and development laboratories, Several of <br />the labs possess special emergency response teams which <br />can be used in specific disaster situations, <br /> <br />J, Provide input for the Regional Summary and the Regional <br />Analysis and Recommendation, <br /> <br />The State's mitigation history and ongoing programs <br />should be assessed, evaluated, and discussed in terms of <br />. how State actions or inaction impact the current request <br />for a Presidential Declaration. At a minimum, the <br />State's progress on implementing the recommendations of <br />previous 406 Plans should be discussed. <br /> <br />K, Obtain copies of the Governor's Request and Regional <br /> <br /> <br />Summary (NOT THE REGIONAL ANALYSIS AND RECOMMENDATION). <br /> <br />These will be provided to Team members during the first <br />on-site Team briefing. Copies are also forwarded to each <br />Team member's Regional Administrator/Director or Chief <br />Regional Official once the Declaration is made, <br /> <br />L, Coordinate with the Administrative Officer, <br /> <br />. <br />
