Where possible, the access road <br />should be sized to handle motorized maintenance equipment, in- <br />cluding trucks and loaders. An eight to ten foot road is desire- <br />able. If right-of-way problems do prevent the construction <br />of the desired facilities, an access easement should be obtained. <br /> <br />VII-4 <br />
