Anderson, P.E.
President

Mr. Anderson has over 15 years of consulting experience in the field of water resources
engineering. He is an experienced civil engineer proficient in and responsible for all aspects of
water resources engineering projects including the complex hydrologic analysis, channel
hydraulics, hydraulic structure evaluation and design, and sediment transport analysis of
watersheds and river systems. Descriptions of projects managed or technically supervised by
Mr. Anderson are listed below.

· Project manager for the Comprehensive Drainage Plan Update for the City of Greeley,
Colorado. This project involved the preparation of a city-wide hydrologic model,
evaluation of existing drainage/flooding conditions, development of drainage system
improvement alternatives, economic evaluation of alternatives, and prioritization of city-
wide improvements.

· Project manager for the Foothills Master Drainage Plan Update, City of Fort Collins,
Colorado. This project was conducted in conjunction with the final design of the
Foothills Basin Regional Channel in east Fort Collins. The study included hydrologic
model and detention routing revisions for the existing Master Plan model, hydraulic
design of over 5,000 feet of storm sewer, and the design of a I-mile reach of the
Regional Channel.

· Project manager for the Golden Stormwater Management Plan, City of Golden,
Colorado. This project included a review of the entire City drainage system in order to
identify drainage improvement requirements and prioritize specific flood control projects.
Hydrologic analyses, design of storm drainage systems and detention facilities, and cost-
benefit analyses were all conducted as part of this project.

· Project manager for the rehabilitation of Salt River Diversion structure (Etna Irrigation
District) near Jackson Hole, Wyoming. The project included investigation of channel
hydraulics, geomorphic evaluation of vertical and lateral trends in the Salt River and
evaluation of long-term sediment transport and debris within the river. Alternative
diversion designs were prepared and included fish ladders and fish screens. Efforts
included investigation of long-term aggradation/degradation trends involving sediment
continuity principles.

. Project manager for the rehabilitation of hydraulic structures for the Goshen Irrigation
District near Torrington, Wyoming. This two-year project involves the analysis,
evaluation and design of improvements to a series of tunnels and inverted siphons
through a canal system with a maximum capacity of 1,500 cfs. The project also includes
evaluation and design of rehabilitation alternatives for a pump station along the Laramie
River. This task involved the hydraulic, geomorphic and sediment transport
investigation of the Laramie River along with evaluation and design of alternative pump
stations (maximum capacity 68 cfs).

11
