~
~

III.

PERSONNEL QUALIFICATIONS

I;

Lidstone & Anderson, Inc. (LA) has assembled a multi-faceted staff with the full
capability to provide the requisite engineering services for the Flood Control and Drainage
Project Prioritization Analyses for Sterling. LA's staff consists of principal engineers, senior
engineers and scientists, project engineers and support staff with the ability to address a wide
range of projects including surface water and ground water hydrology, channel hydraulics and
hydraulic structure design, master drainage planning, erosion and sediment transport
investigations, and channel stabilization and design. This gives LA unique capabilities for
specifically addressing the issues and completing the tasks required by the flood control
prioritization analyses project. The majority of our technical staff possess advanced degrees in
their fields enhanced by over a total of 70 years of experience dealing with the practical aspects
of surface and ground water projects.
The matrix in Table 2 summarizes the qualifications of LA staff members; the
information in the matrix presents the roles of the key personnel in previous related projects.
As indicated, key personnel from the LA staff are especially well qualified to complete the work
associated with the Flood Control and Drainage Project Prioritization Analyses.
Resumes of selected personnel from the LA staff are provided in the following pages.
Additional biographical information for other staff members is provided in Appendix B.

.
r
I
r
[
[
[
[
r

Table 2.
