Toe Drain Outlet Structures <br /> <br />The Contractor shall supply all concrete, piping and <br />fittings, miscellaneous materials, and excavation and <br />backfill as required to install the two structures complete. <br /> <br />Payment shall be made on a lump sum basis with progress <br />payments made based on percentage of total work completed. <br /> <br />12. Spillway Concrete <br /> <br />The Contractor shall provide all excavation and backfill, <br />and all concrete and rebar and other miscellaneous materials <br />required to install the concrete spillway wall as shown on <br />the Drawings. Excavation and grading of the spillway <br />channel shall be per Item 5. <br /> <br />Payment shall be made on a lump sum basis with progress <br />payments made based on percentage of total work completed. <br /> <br />13. 42" RCP <br /> <br />The Contractor shall supply all piping, specials, fittings, <br />filter material, concrete and rebar, excavation and <br />backfill, any sheeting, shoring, bracing or dewatering <br />required, and leak testing required to install the 42" RCP <br />outlet pipe complete as shown on the Drawings. <br /> <br />Payment shall be made on a lump sum basis with progress <br />payments made based on percentage of total work completed. <br /> <br />14. Outlet Works Structures <br /> <br />The Contractor shall supply all materials, screens, concrete <br />and rebar, excavation and backfill and miscellaneous <br />materials or specials required to install the Intake <br />Structure, the Gatehouse, the Outlet Structure, and the <br />Flume complete as shown on the Drawings. <br /> <br />Payment shall be made on a lump sum basis with progress <br />payments made based on percentage of total work completed. <br /> <br />15. & 16. 16" Plastic Pipe <br /> <br />The Contractor shall supply all piping, filter materials, <br />fittings, specials, concrete and rebar, excavation and <br />backfill, any sheeting, shoring, bracing or dewatering <br />required, valves, valve boxes, RCP, and any piping fit up to <br />the existing pump or piping at the discharge end to install <br /> <br />CD-10 <br />
